Kathryn Riley

Kathryn Riley joined Parker in 2009. With more than 15 years of business experience, she has served organizations in various capacities including controller, director of finance, vice president of operations, and vice president of investor relations.  Kathryn’s experiences range from providing professional services for some of the largest companies in the world to building and shaping growth-oriented organizations starting with less than five people.

She has spent the last fourteen years focusing on the growth and development of small to mid-size businesses - creating successful technology businesses from inception. These businesses have matured within varied strategic goals, including the sale to a Fortune 1000 company, significant growth within a closely held private company, and multiple mergers and acquisitions with companies on the NASDAQ Stock Market.

Ms. Riley was instrumental in AdRelevance’s acquisition by Media Metrix, its subsequent merger with Jupiter Communications and its follow-on acquisition by the Fortune 500 company and ratings giant, ACNielsen Corporation. Prior to AdRelevance, Ms. Riley worked in the venture capital industry at ARCH Venture Partners where she helped establish their Seattle office as a premier provider of seed and early stage venture capital for technology firms. Prior to ARCH, Ms. Riley helped start a cutting edge, artificial intelligence technology venture at Netbot, Inc. that would later be acquired by Excite!
