About the Position
I'm looking for someone to work side-by-side with me in Seattle as part of a committed, dedicated team. The position’s accountabilities include net contract and direct hire placements monthly revenue, and gross profit on a monthly basis. This person must also have the ability to maximize Parker HealthcareIT’s value by pursuing new recruiting avenues and strategizing additional methods for bringing qualified healthcare technologists to Parker.
Position Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
BA in Business Administration/Communications or comparable experience or PHR Certification, or Technical Services Certified (TSC) preferred.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a successful IT recruiter. Experience recruiting in the healthcare IT or hospital recruiting/staffing industry, or other healthcare recruiting experience also desirable, such as travel nursing, per diem, or locum tenens, helpful
- Other healthcare recruiting/sales experience also desirable, such as travel nursing, per diem, or locum tenum
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to manage multiple client needs and deliver excellent customer service
- Must be able to take initiative and use independent judgment
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated proficiency in:
- Writing job ads
- Accessing Boolean searches, and setting up job board search agents
- Screening candidates
- Writing effective candidate submittals
- Handling coordination of candidate interviews
Professional communication, problem solving, business updates, and strategic thinking are a team standard as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding production expectations. Must be able to build rapport, be a self-starter, and multi-task. Must be skilled and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately; excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are also required.
